Cafes and hospitality venues in the inner suburbs, trade and services businesses across the west, professional practices on the north shore, and eastern suburbs businesses priced with a healthy dose of postcode premium. The pattern we see most in Sydney deals is price built on peak trading. A vendor sells on the best twelve months the business has ever had, often with rent about to reset under a new lease. Reconciling the earnings to BAS lodgements and testing the rent line against the actual lease on offer changes more Sydney valuations than any other single check.

Yes. The work is document-driven, so a business in Penrith or Campbelltown gets exactly the same process as one in the CBD. Where a site visit matters to you, it can usually be arranged as part of a Level 2 or Level 3 engagement.
Most Sydney work is Level 2 scoped due diligence on owner-managed businesses between $1m and $6m, with hospitality, trades and professional services the most common industries. Fees are fixed from the published schedule regardless of location.
