These disclosures apply to every engagement and every page of this site. They are reproduced in full in our terms of engagement.
Independence and referrals
Andorra Advisory Group provides independent analysis and document preparation. We do not arrange finance. Where you also want the finance application handled, we refer you to The Lending Lab Pty Ltd, a separate finance broking business that is generally remunerated by lenders for that work. That referral relationship is disclosed in writing at engagement. Fee discounts may apply where The Lending Lab is engaged on the finance application for the same matter. Our advisory fee is fixed and payable regardless of whether the transaction proceeds, whether finance is approved, or what our analysis concludes. Where you would prefer the analysis conducted by a firm with no referral relationship to any broker, we will tell you so and refer you.
Scope of advice
We provide commercial and transactional advisory services. We do not provide taxation advice, legal advice, financial product advice, audit or assurance services. Nothing on this site or in any report is a tax position, a legal opinion, or an offer of finance.
Basis of work
Our analysis is based on information supplied by the vendor, the vendor's advisers and the client. Unless expressly stated, that information is not independently audited or verified. Due diligence is a commercial review, not an audit, and does not provide assurance over financial statements.
Professional referrals
Taxation positions should be confirmed by a registered tax agent and legal positions by your solicitor. We will identify the matters requiring their input.
Credit
Andorra Advisory Group does not arrange credit and is not a credit representative. Finance applications, including commercial acquisition finance and NCCP-regulated lending such as home loans, are handled by The Lending Lab Pty Ltd under its own credit licensing arrangements. Development, construction and private lending broking is conducted separately by Andorra Private.

Finance applications, commercial and NCCP-regulated, are handled by our broking partner The Lending Lab (The Lending Lab Pty Ltd), a separate business. Fee discounts may apply where The Lending Lab is engaged on the finance application for the same matter. Broking minimum loan sizes are $500,000 with property security, or $1,000,000 without.
Development, construction and private lending broking is conducted by Andorra Private, the broking brand of Andorra Private Advisory Group Pty Ltd. Independent analysis and finance broking are deliberately separate offerings.
